Come into this thread and leave book suggestions for people to read. Give people a small run down and tell them why you think they should read the book.

I'd recommend the following books:
- The Long Walk: This is a Stephen King book but it's not under the name Stephen King. It's under Richard Bachman. It's about a small town and the annual Long Walk they do in which the winner gets any 1 wish they want granted. It's an excellent read.
- The Poet: This is a book about a reporter whose cop brother is killed and the scene is staged to look like his brother was doing things with male hookers. The brother goes on a mission to prove that his brother was murdered and the scene set up to throw police off the trail. What they eventually find is that they're tracking a serial killer whose been murdering people for a long time. Absolutely an excellent read.
- The Hobbit: If you've never read this classic you should. If you've tried and didn't get out of the first chapter cause it's so slow (As I didn't many times) then go back and force yourself through the first chapter and keep going. It's an amazing book.
